Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of Sevidate, including the invitation builder and Sevidate Premium.
Effective and last updated: 4 August 2026
Who provides Sevidate
Sevidate is operated by ФОП Титжинський A.A., Ukraine, ЄДРПОУ 3746400730 ("Sevidate", "we", "us", or "our"). You can reach us through our contact form.
1. The service
Sevidate is software for creating, publishing, and sharing interactive invitation pages and collecting guest responses. Features and plan limits are described on our pricing page.
The Custom design option is an individually quoted, ancillary design service. Its scope, delivery date, price, and any project-specific terms are agreed in writing before work begins. It is not part of the self-service Sevidate Premium subscription checkout unless a quote expressly says otherwise.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity and authorization needed to enter into these terms.
Tell us promptly through the contact form if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Your content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of text, images, and other content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for your content. You may not use Sevidate to:
- break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or impersonate another person;
- harass, threaten, deceive, exploit, or distribute hateful, sexual, or otherwise harmful content;
- send spam, malware, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or plan limits;
- collect guest information without a lawful purpose or any required notice or consent.
We may remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties, or comply with law.
4. Free and paid plans
The Free plan is subject to the limits shown on the pricing page. Sevidate Premium is offered with monthly and yearly billing. The exact localized price, currency, taxes, billing period, and total are displayed by Paddle at checkout before you confirm payment.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the Paddle-hosted customer portal available from your Sevidate account. A cancellation normally prevents the next renewal while access continues through the already-paid billing period, unless Paddle or applicable law requires a different result.
5. Payments and Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for self-service paid purchases. Paddle processes payment, taxes, invoices, and buyer-facing payment support. When you buy through Paddle, its Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice also apply.
Our Refund Policy explains cancellations and refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Sevidate available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, modify, add, or discontinue features. If a material change adversely affects a paid plan, we will provide notice where reasonably possible and respect rights required by law.
You should keep a copy of important content. We are not a permanent archival service.
7. Intellectual property
Sevidate's software, branding, interface, and original materials belong to us or our licensors. Some illustrations are used under third-party licenses and remain the property of their respective creators. These terms do not transfer ownership of Sevidate or third-party materials to you.
8. Responsibility and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevidate is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for user content, third-party services, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Our aggregate liability connected with a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These exclusions do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer protections.
9. Termination
You may stop using Sevidate at any time. Canceling a paid subscription and deleting an account are separate actions. We may restrict or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement, or nonpayment, using proportionate notice where circumstances allow.
10. Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without taking away mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will post the new date here and provide additional notice for material changes where required.
