Canceling a subscription

You may cancel Sevidate Premium at any time through the Paddle-hosted customer portal available from your Sevidate account. You can also use the manage-subscription link in Paddle's transaction email.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period unless a refund, chargeback, legal requirement, or checkout term requires access to end earlier. Cancellation by itself does not automatically refund an already completed charge.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, use the support or manage-purchase link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or send us the purchase email and reason through our contact form.

Requests made within 14 days of purchase will be considered promptly. Eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, the reason for the request, and use of the service. A request within 14 days does not guarantee a discretionary refund. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider.

Technical problems and duplicate charges

If a material defect prevents you from using paid features, contact us first so we can investigate and restore access. Include your account email, purchase date, and a description of the issue, but never send full card details.

Report duplicate or incorrect charges promptly through Paddle buyer support or our contact form. We will coordinate with Paddle where necessary.

Custom design projects

Custom design is separately quoted and is not included in the self-service Premium subscription checkout. Any deposit, milestone, cancellation, and refund terms for a Custom project will be stated in the written quote before payment. Mandatory consumer rights always remain applicable.
